Miniature Retreat Details - Registration July 20, 2025

Join us for our 2nd annual mini retreat as we spend a weekend enjoying miniatures, fall weather, friends, food, fun, and more miniatures! October 24-26 miniaturists will escape to the West GA countryside for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.  We’ll be at the Woodland Christian Camp and Retreat Center in lovely Temple GA, about an hour west of Atlanta, off I-20. We’re looking forward to a Friday Night Project, classes all day Saturday, some entertainment after dinner, souvenirs, sales tables, raffles, and all kinds of fun! Sunday morning we've added time this year for some "pocket-mini" hour-long classes and to enjoy working on our minis. We'll have lunch, draw the raffles, and have the results of our silent auction, with auction proceeds going to charity. 

The price of the FULL WEEKEND registration includes six hot meals in the dining hall, and two nights in the bunk rooms. Participants need to bring their pillows, sheets (or sleeping bag), and towels. Day passes available but we hope you'll want to stay the night to participate in all the fun!

• FULL WEEKEND: 2 nights, 6 meals - $215
• Three DAY PASS: 3 days, 4 meals - $170
• Two DAY PASS (Sat/Sun): 2 days, 3 meals - $115
• Saturday DAY PASS: 1 day, 2 meals - $75
• Friday Night Project Kit - $55 for 1/4" scale, $100 for 1" scale
