Woodland Retreat Center

Woodland Christian Camp & Retreat Center spans 120 acres and includes a beautiful lake. Nestled in the rolling hills of West Georgia, Woodland was created in 1969 to serve local churches and other non-profits. The core mission has always been to create an environment that encourages reflection, relaxation, and renewal for people of all ages,  helping them find balance away from the pressures of daily life. The cabins are climate controlled for year-round use, with bunk beds and shared bathrooms. If you're bringing your spouse, let us know! We have accommodations for couples too. The cabins do not include linens so bring your own sleeping bag or sheets, blanket, pillow, and towel. 

Feeling spry? Those requesting top bunks get a special gift. If you don't think you want to stay the night, we have day passes available, and there are hotels nearby.

Your full weekend pass includes 5 meals: dinner Friday night, 3 meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday, with plenty of snacks (including s'mores)! The first two retreats we ate in the camp dining hall but this year we're going to try something different. We'll be having our meals catered! Examples might be pastries, fruit, and yogurt for breakfast, sandwiches and chips or a veggie platter and cookies for lunch, and maybe dinner from a local southern style restaurant. Meals will be finalized soon (feel free to send us input).
