2026 Miniature Retreat Info

Come get "Cozy in the Country" with the Atlanta Miniature Society (AMS)! Join us for our 3rd annual mini retreat as we spend a weekend enjoying miniatures, fall weather, friends, food, fun, and more miniatures! October 16-18 miniaturists will escape to the West GA countryside for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.  We’ll be at the Woodland Retreat Center in lovely Temple GA, about an hour west of Atlanta, off I-20. 

You don't have to be an AMS club member to come! We welcome everyone of all skill levels and all scale preferences. We love to make new friends! You don't even have to leave near Atlanta. We've had guests come from as far away as Florida, Virginia, and Oklahoma to the previous retreats.

We’re looking forward to a Friday Night Project, workshops all day Saturday, some entertainment after dinner, souvenirs, sales tables, raffles, and all kinds of fun! Sunday morning we have some short "pocket-mini" hour-long classes. Sunday, we'll draw the raffles, and have the results of our silent auction, with auction proceeds going to charity. 

The price of the FULL WEEKEND registration includes 5 catered meals (no dining hall camp food this year!), and two nights in the cozy (climate controlled) cabins. Participants need to bring their pillows, sheets (or sleeping bag), and towels. Day-only passes available but we hope you'll want to stay the night to participate in all the fun!

Three DAY PASS: 3 days, 5 meals - $150

Two DAY PASS (Fri/Sat): 2 days, 3 meals - $115

Two DAY PASS (Sat/Sun): 2 days, 2 meals - $110

Saturday DAY PASS: 1 day, 2 meals - $60

1/4" scale - $25
